You can cancel any service from the portal at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the service remains active until the end of the period you have paid for unless you request immediate termination.
New virtual server orders come with a 72-hour money-back window: if the service does not work as described and our support team cannot fix it, we will refund the initial payment in full. This window does not apply to abuse-terminated services, custom configurations, or license fees payable to third parties.
Renewal charges can be refunded if you contact us within 72 hours of the charge AND the service has not been materially used in the new period. Set your service to cancel before the renewal date to avoid unwanted charges — renewal reminders are emailed in advance.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor. Where that is impossible (expired card), we credit your account balance instead.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — almost every billing issue is resolved faster by ticket. Filing a chargeback on a legitimate charge may result in account suspension until it is resolved. Contact: [email protected].
